The Iranian regime - heirs of the Nazis

Spotted by German author Matthias Küntzel on the Iranian stand at this year’s Frankfurt Book Festival:

* A version of the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” in English, published by the Islamic Propaganda Organisation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In a preface, Iran’s International Relations Department explain their reasons for promoting this notorious antisemitic forgery: to “expose the real face of the Satanic enemy” so as to “shake the Moslems out of their apathy” so that they will destroy the “deadly cancer of Zionism” (my retranslations from the German).

* Another antisemitic propaganda classic, Henry Ford’s “The International Jew. The World’s Foremost Problem”, published by another official body, the “Department of Translation and Publication, Islamic Culture and Relations Organisation”. According to Küntzel, this edition has “many interesting footnotes added by the Iranians”, including references to the Jews’ “expansion of power” during the Second World War and the “German resistance to Jewish control” [resistance here must mean the Nazis].

So, for the Iranian Mullahs, the Nazi racists, rather than their manifold innocent victims, were the resistance and the world’s Muslims must now renew the Nazis' struggle against “Zionism”. We know where this madness leads. Auschwitz happened. Knowing all this, sane and decent people will want to ensure that the “true face” of the Mullahs is exposed to the world, that they be prevented from getting nuclear weapons and that effective help be given to Iranians working to remove the Islamonazi regime in Tehran.
